<Number of employees : Total : 150+ Local : 150+ Japanese : 5 Foreigner : > <Report Line : local sales Manager and Japanese BD Manager > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Products: Forwarding and warehouse > <Clients: B2B > <Saturday Working: on call > <Job Responsibilities> ・Achieving Targets for freight Volumes and Gross Margins. ・Thrives in a fast pace environment ・Securing customers through face to face meetings and by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline for regular conversion. ・Desire to help customers in all conditions. ・Problem-solving skills to navigate complicated issues ・Co-coordinating with internal Procurement teams to obtain the targeted freights and other logistics service costs. ・Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・28 - 35 years old ・Minimum Bachelor degree from any background ・Have experiences as Sales & Marketing minimum 5 years, preferably from logistic/warehouse industry ・Have a Business level of English both written and speaking skills ・Great at computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, emailing) ・Able to gather and make a marketing plan, strategy, and the evaluation. ・Able to make a sales target and market share target. ・Willing to work in Tangerang or West Jakarta
