Job Description
- Identify, approach, and develop a robust network of Japanese partners within the TITP and SSW sectors. - Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese unions and host companies; negotiate and facilitate the signing of cooperation agreements. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of recruitment trends and labor demands in Japan. - Collaborate with internal recruitment and training teams to ensure candidate profiles align with Japanese partner requirements. - Represent the group in online and offline business meetings and international networking events. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・At least Diploma degree from any major ・Preferably at least 1-2 years similar experience as Business development /Sales from LPK, but open to Fresh graduate who is eager to learn ・Business level of Japanese and conversational level English ・Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of building long-term professional relationships. ・Has JLPT certificate is preferred ・Has prior experience in manpower export, study abroad consultancy, or international business development is highly advantageous
