Job Description
- Act as main sales contact for customers, focusing on the company’s power products.
- Build strong customer relationships; understand needs, challenges, and decision-making structures.
- Drive sales strategies and proposals, leveraging company's tech against market competition.
- Lead fair negotiations and represent the company in all customer meetings.
- Gather VOC and market intel; share with internal teams for strategy alignment.
- Coordinate with HQ and subsidiaries understand internal roles, processes, and communication.
- Research local power industry trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Maintain project lists, customer data, and prepare activity/contract reports.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Preferable Bachelor Degree in a technical or commercial/marketing
・Business level of English, preferably able to communicate in Japanese
・More than 3 years in energy sector especially for power generation and electricity experience with some commercial knowledge.
・Similar BD roles from OEM, main workshop, international trading house from power industry.
・Strong communication/negotiation skills and presentation skills.
・Enjoy human interaction, self-motivated.
・Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint effectively, and preferably familiar with AI technology.
・Willing to travel to all over Indonesia area.
・Having strategic way of thinking.
・Must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
