Job Description
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with major Indonesian companies (FMCG, retail, malls, event organizers, etc.) • Conduct cold outreach, networking, and client meetings (15–20 meetings per month) • Create proposals combining merchandise, promotions, and gacha solutions • Lead negotiations and close deals independently • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production) to deliver client requirements • Build long-term relationships with key accounts • Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in advertising, events, promotions, retail, or FMCG companies • Proven track record of acquiring new clients (hunter mindset) • Strong network or access to large local companies is a plus • More than high conversational level English required (Japanese is a plus) • Self-driven, hands-on, and result-oriented
