Job Description
・Responsible for Maintenance Business for generator and some machine in thermal power plant
・Developing Business Plan and Middle Term Plan
・Developing overall strategy/project strategy
・Marketing
・Education/Training planning
・Instruction from General Manager
・Instruction from General Manager
・Coordinating with Technical Advisor for Inspection contract work
※There are some maintenance people for generator in 6 places in Indonesia
※This new business, sales engineer will do sales
・Ｍaintenance experience of thermal power plants of 300 MW or more. (Experienced persons with only small gas engines are not allowed, experienced persons with only construction projects are also not allowed)
・Management experience that is responsible for supervising some subordinates.
・At least 10 years working experience in power plant business
・English : Business Level (Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking)
・Be able to go for business trip internal Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, Philippines and Japan
・Ability to make business planniing, business policy, client analysing,
・Leading skill for organization
・Training skill for individual subordinate.
・Working experience in Electric Generation Plant
