Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business deals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction. - Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities. - Provide input and support for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Job Requirement
・Proficiency in the Japanese language min N2 ・Prior experience in business development, sales, or related fields minimum 3 years, preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ・Strong negotiation and presentation skills. ・Possession of a valid driver’s license and driving skills. ・Willingness to travel and undertake assignments outside the city as required. ・Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. ・Strong organizational and time-management skills.
