Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and networking activities - Understand client business challenges and translate them into potential consulting solutions and project opportunities - Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers in preparing business proposals and tailored solutions - Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions for clients - Support contract negotiations and project initiation processes - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and client needs within the Indonesian market - Participate in consulting projects when required to gain practical understanding of business processes and systems implementation - Contribute to the company’s business growth strategy and market expansion initiatives - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or any related field ・Business level of English ・Have 3- 8 years of experience as IT solution sales, business analysis, or consulting in IT solution industry ・Experience in ERP, CRM, or other IT solution implementation projects and have industry knowledge in Automotive, FMCG, or Multi-finance sectors ・Strong analytical thinking, logical problem solving abilities, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
