Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to market the group’s products and services to prospective clients in Indonesia. - Design tailored solutions that address client challenges using the company’s offerings. - Launch and drive business development initiatives to establish new market entry points in Indonesia. - Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the company’s presence in Indonesia. - Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries. - Track and report on industry and market developments relevant to the company’s operations. - Perform necessary technical and non-technical analyses (e.g., pre-feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, solution comparisons). - Develop and sustain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, investors, vendors, and partners. - Maintain close collaboration and relationships with internal stakeholders, including SBUs. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Business English proficiency (able to do international business communication effectively) ・Min. 5 years of experience as Business Development (developing new clients) handling Chiller products B2B (private or/and government) ・Deep understanding and market knowledge and industrial network with industrial and commercial end users and bidding State Owned Enterprises ・Good communication skill, good analytical thinking skill, good interpersonal skill
