<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead testing activities and ensure complete QA documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Analyze and document processes, gather functional specifications, and prepare test cases.
- Monitor and resolve client issues promptly while managing expectations and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma in Computer Science or similar
・Min. English in Business Level Proficiency
・Min 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in the SME SaaS industry, experienced in handling projects including gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
・Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
・Not a job hopper (stay in 1 company for 3 years)
・Critical thinking, target oriented, and good communications
