Job Description
- Manage and oversee day to day building operations, including engineering, security, housekeeping, and other supporting functions - Supervise both inhouse and outsourced teams, clearly managing headcount, scope of work, and performance - Ensure optimal operation of building systems, including MEP, HVAC, fire safety systems, and other technical infrastructure - Implement and manage Green Building initiatives and/or building efficiency improvements, including cost saving measures - Handle crisis situations and urgent matters promptly and effectively - Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and contract management - Prepare and control operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality - Lead cross-functional coordination among departments to ensure smooth building operations - Prepare reports and clearly communicate building performance, issues, and improvements to management - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - High conversational English or above - Min. 3 years of experience as Building Manager in High-Rise Buildings (Office Towers or Mixed-Use Commercial Properties with 20+ floors) - Experience managing Green Building certified property or implementing building efficiency initiatives (e.g., cost reduction or operational improvements) - Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety), vendor management, and budgeting - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS)
