Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Regularly visit Modern Trade and General Trade outlets to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities. - Expand distribution coverage and improve product visibility and availability in trade channels. - Negotiate and manage key accounts and retail partnerships. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. - Ensure proper execution of trade marketing programs and promotional activities. - Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. High Conversational English proficiency (effective in communicating with foreigners) ・Min. 4 years as Sales handling Power tools and are experienced in handling subordinates ・Proficient in Microsoft Excel ・Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill
