<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement local marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base, including B2B and retail clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee all daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min Bachelor's degree
・Min. Business English proficiency (effective in communicating with foreigners)
・Min. 3 years as Sales Manager, handling stationeries or office supplies, experienced in handling subordinates
・Willing to be placed in any branches
・Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, good business acumen
