Lead the branch (consist of more than 10 people) in day to day operation (DH) 2. Assess the local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. 3. Achieving business / commercial target for a Branch 4. Improve the network, presence, and reputation of the branch and company 5. Do the marketing activity and operational/non-marketing activity 7. Create, develop, implement a strategic plan to get and execute marketing plans
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 1. At least Bachelor Degree from any discipline from reputable university 2. Age between 30 – 40 years olds 3. Has a minimum 8 years experience in related industry 4. Minimum 4 years experience as a area or branch manager 5. Posses an excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels 6. Has a strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills 7. Has a commitment to excellence and high standards 8. Willing to be placed in Makassar 9. Have good relationship and competent of dealing with people 10. Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
