Job Description
- Produce detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software such as Autodesk Revit - Collaborate with engineers and construction professionals to integrate design elements and ensure models accurately reflect project requirements - Maintain and update models as designs evolve, ensuring consistency and data integrity - Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and other documentation from the 3D models - Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions that improve workflow and model quality - Support the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices - Provide training and guidance to other team members on BIM software and techniques - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. - Conversational level of English or higher - Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in the construction industry - Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and other BIM software - Strong technical drafting skills and understanding of construction principles - Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Experience in Japanese company and Japanese skill is an advantage
