Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Implement designs from superintendent's sketches - Prepare clear, complete and accurate 3D models and 2D drawings - Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other trades - Assist the Superintendent in establishing the construction plan.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture - Have a minimum of 15 years experiences - Excellent in Ms. Office, BIM Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Corel, - Able to work in a team as well as independently, keep the work within a schedule - Able to communicate with the clients and related parties, have projects driving skill - Good design sense, familiar with the production process, good communication. - Intermediate English Skill
