Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Take the initiative to identify, contact, and recruit qualified agents and affiliates across multiple platforms and outreach channels.
- Track and evaluate the performance of recruited partners, offering continuous support, training, and encouragement to ensure their success.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement for agents and affiliates on the platform.
- Maintain a strong network of agents and affiliate partners.
- Demonstrate experience in working with affiliates, key opinion leaders (KOLs), or digital influencers to execute performance-driven campaigns.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 4 years of experience working in e-commerce industry and 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel management
・Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
