<Job Responsibilities> - Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential B2B partners - Plan and conduct client visits and business meetings - Deliver business proposals and product presentations - Support and participate in commercial negotiations - Manage the end-to-end partnership process - Prepare and submit partnership proposal documents - Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective partners - Maintain strong post-signing relationships - Coordinate with internal divisions - Oversee the credit application process - Support the execution of promotional activities or joint events - Manage and regularly update the partner and client database - Ensure data accuracy and documentation completeness
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field. ・Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles, in Automotive financing/Financial services/Leasing or multifinance industry ・Prior experience leading projects or acting as a senior individual contributor. ・Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills. ・Proven presentation and proposal development skills. ・Solid negotiation and closing capability. ・Good understanding of business and credit processes in financial services. ・Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functionally. ・Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data accuracy. ・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ・Fluent in English, both written and verbal. ・Target-driven and execution-oriented. ・Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks. ・Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ・High sense of ownership and accountability.
