Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring - Handle sales promotion activities and support sales/operation management - Coordinate with business partners and support negotiation when necessary - Support new store openings and manage store equipment and operations - Perform translation tasks and assist communication in Japanese - Work hands-on in store operations (cooking and customer service) when required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・ Business-level Japanese communication (N2 or above) ・Working experience in the restaurant / Cafe / Bar industry ・Staying experience in Japan ・Good attendance and strong compliance mindset (able to follow rules and handle staff issues properly) ・Willing to work in a shift schedule, including weekends and holiday seasons (e.g. Lebaran) ・Working experience in Japan in the hospitality industry (Restaurant / Hotel) ・Experience in staff management or team handling ・Experience in sales promotion or store operations ・Strong motivation to grow and passion for work
