Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the Manager and team in overseeing financial management and monitoring financial reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations. - Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. - Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. - Manage and monitor the company’s budget and cash flow. - Assist in preparing consolidation packages. - Collaborate with the tax team and production team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ・Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting/finance. ・Experience and skills in managerial functions. ・Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation. ・Good analytical skills and attention to detail. ・Good communication skills. ・English proficiency at an intermediate level (English will be used in meetings). ・Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis) and Word.
