Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the Production Manager in monitoring and managing production operations. - Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. - Oversee adherence to SOPs and company standards. - Evaluate production data to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. - Control material consumption and daily production output. - Collaborate with QA, QC, PPIC, and Maintenance departments. - Lead production teams and maintain discipline. - Identify production problems and recommend improvements. - Compile and prepare reports on production performance. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Min. Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years as Supervisor with 5 years of experience in production in medical device manufacture industry handling subordinates, good understanding of manufacture standard ・Familiar with production for export standard ・Excellent analytical, leadership, and efficient skills
