Job Description

- Execute brand strategies and integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns and product launches.
- Convert strategic direction into actionable execution plans, including timelines and measurable deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee product launch processes from concept validation and product testing to full market readiness.
- Ensure consistency between brand positioning, campaign messaging, and commercial targets.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and implement KOL strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Assess and approve KOL selection based on audience relevance and brand fit.
- Supervise briefing processes, content direction, and quality control.
- Ensure campaign outputs meet brand standards and performance KPIs.
- Analyze and report both qualitative and quantitative performance of KOL collaborations.
- Lead content development from ideation to publication across digital platforms.
- Ensure visual and video content aligns with brand identity and commercial goals.
- Provide clear direction on storytelling, creative quality, and execution consistency.
- Support or manage photo and video production processes when agility is required.
- Continuously refine content strategy based on performance insights and analytics

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
・Business English proficiency
・Have 10 years as Marketing in the FMCG industry handling F&B product, with min. 3 years as Marketing Assistant Manager  or Assistant Brand Manager 
・Good budget management
・Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.
・Excellent communication skills, creative, innovative, smart and proactive
