Job Description
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the energy and power generation sector. - Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities for power generation projects, including both greenfield (new development) and brownfield (existing asset acquisition or expansion) projects. - Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities within Indonesia’s energy sector including renewable energy, gas-fired power plants, and other infrastructure projects. - Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects through continuous market monitoring and networking activities. - Support the end-to-end development of power generation projects under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) model, from project identification through to financial close. - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (PLN, Partners, Investors, Regulators, Ministries) during project development phases including feasibility study, project structuring, negotiation, and financing preparation. - Assist in structuring project development frameworks including project company formation, partnership arrangements, and development agreements. - Monitor project development schedules and ensure all milestones are achieved according to development timelines. - Manage and coordinate the preparation of tender submissions, proposals, and bidding documentation for power generation projects. - Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial teams to prepare comprehensive bid proposals. - Assist in the preparation of financial models and investment analysis to assess project viability, participate in due diligence processes required by lenders or investment partners - Evaluate commercial terms to ensure alignment with company risk appetite and project viability, support review Power Purchase Agreement, Operation & Maintenance agreement, EPC contracts, Shareholder agreements and joint development agreements -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Management, Economic, Industrial Engineering, Science or other infrastructure business related fields ・Fluency in English ・Have 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager and 5 years experience in power generation/ energy sector especially in independent power producer (IPP) or energy consulting or project advisory firms ・Experience in power project development, project finance or infrastructure ・Experience in handling commercial process agreement with diverse stakeholder
