Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using the company payroll system, including calculation of PPh 21 and submission of Core Tax reporting. - Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, ensuring timely registration, payment, and compliance. - Lead and monitor performance evaluation and appraisal cycles, including performance review and assessment documentation. - Execute Human Resource Development programs, including training coordination and competency development initiatives. - Develop and implement HR policies related to employee welfare and benefit programs. - Handle HR matters and inter-department coordination with related departments. - Ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time, maintaining strict confidentiality, reliability, and data integrity. - Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian Labor Law and applicable regulations. - Perform additional HR responsibilities as required by management. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Law, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of HR experience Assistant Manager in Japanese Manufacture companies ・Have experience in payroll management (PPH21, Core Tax, BPJS) ・Experience in performance appraisal, management evaluation, employee welfare policies and cross department coordination ・High level of accuracy, confidentiality and reliability
