Responsibilities:
Help to manage and organize Finance:
• Preparing supplier payment
• Panasonic Treasury System
• Tax Payment (Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi)
• Preparing Payment Forecast per Month,
• Investment Forecast,
• Forecast daily cash position,
• Daily Fund Transfer,
• Oracle System bank transaction Entry & General Ledger,
• Performing bank report, Upload Bank Statement (Checking Account),
• Reporting Utang Dagang Luar Negeri (Foreign Trade Payables) to Bank Indonesia
Requirements:
'-Have good basic accounting knowledge
-Have experience in finance
-Able to use Oracle ( preferable )
-Can work under pressure
Desirable Experience:
・Experience working in Japanese company.
Desirable Character:
Good communication skill, sales minded person, able to work with tight deadline, positive attitude
