<Position Objective/Expectation >
- As a marketer (sourcing side) for Basic Chemical trading business
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Responsible in sales activities and business development of basic chemicals, intermediate chemicals, and agriculture related chemicals.
2. Execution of trading business, including monitoring of order, price, delivery schedule, payments from customers, to ensure all business processes are carried out in an appropriate manner. To meet and visit stakeholders when necessary to conduct business negotiations including price negotiations and delivery adjustments.
3. Proactively explore, build and expand new opportunities with suppliers/customers
4. Work well within company group’s global network to chase and materialize businesses.
5. Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing local and overseas stakeholders
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/marketing/business development, preferably in trading company. Basic knowledge of the chemical industry will be an advantage.
• Able to develop and maintain supplier/customer accounts, having experience in marketing research as well as distribution business is an advantage
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) as well as in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Effective communication and presentation skills and proven in terms of business development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and proven in terms of teamwork
• Strong spirit of ownership and result-driven
