<Necessary Skill / Experience > - College’s Degree in Civil Engineering - Conversational Mandarin proficiency and basic English proficiency - Minimum 6 years of asphalt plant experience and min. 2 years of experience in supervising and organizing production personnel - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Ability to independently organize and manage asphalt mixing plant production operations
