<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as an interpreter and translator (Mandarin–Indonesian) to ensure effective communication between the sales team and clients.
- Coordinate and monitor sales project progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Provide daily administrative support including meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and project document management.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth collaboration.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Monitor project developments and regularly provide progress reports.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates are welcome
・Min. Diploma degree
・High conversational Mandarin proficiency, and Conversational English proficiency
・Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office
・Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
