Job Description
- Lead and supervise architectural design activities for factory construction projects. - Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed design documents using CAD. - Ensure all architectural designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards. - Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, project managers, and site teams to align design and construction needs. - Provide technical guidance to junior designers/drafters; review and check design quality. - Support tender and estimation teams by providing accurate architectural drawings and design data. - Monitor design progress, manage deadlines, and report design status to management. - Contribute to problem-solving and propose design improvements during the project lifecycle. - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. - 7+ years of architectural design experience in industrial or factory projects. - Having management experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (Revit is a plus) - Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industrial building requirements. - English (conversational and above) - Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
