<Job Responsibilities> - Perform repair and maintenance of factory equipment such as machine tools and press machines - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support to clients - Communicate and coordinate with Japanese manufacturers regarding technical matters and spare parts - Support and guide junior technicians, ensuring service quality and timely response
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum 8–10 years of experience in repair and maintenance of factory equipment (machine tools, press machines, or similar) ・Japanese Business Level ・Hands-on troubleshooting skills for mechanical and/or electrical issues in industrial machinery ・Ability to communicate with Japanese manufacturers (Japanese language skill or experience working with Japanese companies) ・Willing to perform on-site service and handle emergency maintenance when required ・Experience working in a Japanese company or dealing with Japanese clients ・Knowledge of Japanese technical terminology related to machinery ・Basic understanding of PLC / control systems ・Experience in leading junior technicians or small teams
