Head / Manager > <Team Member: 5+ persons> <Products: Label Press machine and Digital Textile Printing (DTF)> <Clients: Manufacturing> <Saturday Working: On call > <Job Responsibilities> - Fully support for Industrial machine such as Digital Textile Printing (Direct To Fabric) and Label press machine for Industrial equipment for both hardware & software. - Closely advice and support for any urgent sales and technical cases during operation. - Support for any training, solution and product feedback through co-operate with Head Office and Factory. - Technical support for repairing activities especially for Digital Textile Printing & Label Press Machine - Generate solution and give advise for any sales and technical knowledge - Summary and monitoring every problem and spare parts life for each unit installation - Communication and attend sales / technical training for skill up sales / technical knowledge, update product information from Regional office
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male, age 33 – 40 years old ・Min. S1 degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 ・Min. 7 years of experience in field Technical support Engineer positions preferable in commercial & Industrial printing, Textile Printing, and/or Label Printing ・Have good understanding of Industrial Digital Printing Workflow for Textile Printing and / or Label press ・Good knowledge of Commercial and Industrial printing technology both Mechanical and Electrical, and understand about Electrical for 2 and 3 Phase ・Understand Ink type for label substrate requirement and Fabric requirement (Woven/Knitted, Cotton, Silk, Polyester) ・Literacy in Design software and RIP such as Illustrator, InDesign, Wasatch, Edge Print, etc. ・Good knowledge in color theory and materials/ chemicals used in the printing industry ・Business Level of English and Bahasa (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus). ・Pleasant interpersonal skill, excellent communication skills both verbal and written. ・strong team players, independent, able to work under pressure to achieve goal. ・Highly-skilled in design software Photoshop, InDesign, Freehand and Illustrator (managing digital files/design). Proficient in both PC and Mac, MS. Office Applications
