Job Description
'- Create strategy of spare parts sales & after sales service maximization based on the analysis of current sales trend.
- Analyze market trend by industry/area in terms of product, price and competitor’s movement and propose countermeasure actions(including Aftersales related events and promotions).
- Execute implementation of initiatives for achieving after sales targets by each dealer, and also to improve dealer profitability.
- Conduct Planning of allocation & inventory management of spare parts
- Manage the department staffs by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
