Job Description
- Oversee the procurement, inventory control, and maintenance of company assets such as vehicles, furniture, and equipment. - Coordinate logistics for business visitors, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation, while monitoring the performance of general service vendors. - Organize and manage company events such as meetings, training sessions, site visits, and corporate celebrations. - Help with expatriates' administration in the office (KITAS). - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. High Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 1 year experience as Administration Staff in a Chinese manufacturing company ・Good communication skill, Energetic, and High Spirits
