Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage office correspondence, document organization, and inventory of office supplies (ATK). - Support meeting arrangements, including room preparation, refreshments, and materials, as well as assist with company events. - Greet and assist visitors and handle incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. - Help coordinate travel arrangements for business trips, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings. - Support administrative management of company vehicles, including usage logs and service coordination. - Perform other general administrative duties as assigned. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree or College Diploma ・Min. Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years of experience as general affairs and administration in a manufacturing company ・Good communication skill, Energetic, and High Spirits
