<Number of employees : Total : 6 Local : 5 Japanese : 1> <Report Line : Japanese Manager> <Team Member: 0 person> <Products: Plastics Injection Molding Machine,Die-casting Machine,etc> <Clients: Manufacture> <Saturday Working: No> <Job Responsibilities> ・Handle necessary administration process (billing, payment, etc) ・Assist Japanese Manager in terms of daily communication to locals ・Translate and interpret (Indonesian - Japanese - English and vice versa) ・Manage accounting report, AR/AP ・Report progress regularly to Manager ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Female, 25 - 30 years old ・Min. Bachelor's Degree in any degrees ・Min. JLPT 2 Japanese proficiency (business conversation and e-mail) ・Business English Proficiency ・Experienced in translating and interpreting to and from Japanese ・Minimum 3 years of experience in handling administration work ・Able and experienced in multitasking ・Loyal, diligent and detail oriented ・Willing to work in Cikarang <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experienced in accounting ・Has JLPT 1 ・Have lived in Japan
