Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage corporate approvals, work orders, and purchase order processes, ensuring accurate and professional English documentation. - Monitor and control budgets by tracking actual vs forecast performance and preparing the annual budget. - Prepare and review official correspondence to authorities and contractors, including contract documentation (in coordination with legal advisors where required). - Oversee administrative functions such as attendance tracking, leave records, purchasing, and billing processes. - Handle payment processes, including supervision fees and deposit collection. - Respond promptly to inquiries via email and telephone. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency ・Mon. 3 years of working experience as Administration with accounting/finance tasks ・Proficiency in MS Office ・Willing to be involved in building operations ・Good communication skill, good teamwork ability, willing to learn, good attitude & personality
