Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions, including manpower planning, recruitment strategy, and organizational development. - Develop and oversee compensation & benefits programs, including salary review, payroll, bonuses, and promotions in line with market standards. - Ensure compliance with company regulations, labor laws, and maintain strong industrial relations between management and employees. - Oversee administrative, legal, and operational support functions, including expatriate permits, GA infrastructure, utilities, and company assets. - Lead HSE initiatives and ensure implementation across departments. - Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and budgeting to support business needs. - Prepare, analyze, and report key HR, GA, and operational data to management. - Ensure readiness for audits (internal, external, government, and parent company) and maintain regulatory compliance. - Support sustainability initiatives programs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1/S2) in a relevant field ・10–15 years of experience as an HR-GA in Japanese automotive manufacturing ・Strong understanding of Japanese business culture ・Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UUCK), taxation, payroll & wage systems, business contracts, and company law ・Hands-on experience with payroll systems (preferably Sunfish) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan ・Experience in handling expatriate permits and legal compliance ・Good command of English (business level) ・Willing to work in Cikarang
