-Support for Business Travelers from Japan -Support for Japanese PDs (e.g., visa and apartment renewals, car arrangements) -Preparation for ISO renewal procedures -Communication with internal auditors from Japan -Support for logistics operations -Organization and renewal of vendor contracts -Other related general affairs tasks
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major ・High conversation level of English ・High conversation level of Japanese (above N2, certfication is not obligation) ・Min. 1 year of working experience of a secretary for Japanese or GA related to these back office staff ( advantage: trading company experience) ・Have working experience in a Japanese company is a plus
