Job Description

- Lead and manage the overall Administration Division, including Human Resources, Legal, and Finance departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, governance, and organizational performance
- Support management and directors with strategic analysis, business reporting, and decision-making recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across administrative functions
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and management reports
- Act as the final reviewer and approver for key financial and compliance documents
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the company remains compliant with legal, tax, labor, and corporate regulations
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, and organizational development
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture aligned with company values and business goals
- Develop workforce planning and talent management strategies to support organizational growth
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations and strategic objectives
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinate managers and team members across departments
- Maintain effective communication with management, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management from reputable university
・Business level of English
・Min. 5 years as Admin Manager, experienced in leading multiple departments/functions (HR, GA and Finance), with min. 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Planning in multinational IT industry
・Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, labor regulations, and corporate compliance
・Familiarity with IFRS, corporate governance standards, and Indonesian employment regulations 
・Have CA, CPA, or Brevet A & B certification
