<Number of employees : Total : 500+ Local : 500+ Japanese : 5-10 > <Report Line : Japanese Finance & Accounting Division Head > <Team Member: 5+ persons> <Number of Subordinates: 5+ persons > <Products: Consumer Financing > <Job Responsibilities> - To manage daily operations in accounting & tax department - Identify and mitigate tax risks - Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure - Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Manage and coordinate with tax related audits - Regularly produce financial reports or statements - Ensure the timely reporting of all financial reports - Responds to inquiries from the BOD, Controller, and other department head regarding financial results, special reporting requests
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent - Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial level - At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required - Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations - English skill business level <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experienced in working for Financing Industry is highly preferable - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required - Good time-management skills
