Position : Accounting Supervisor
Report to : Accounting & Finance Manager
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities :
* Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager in leading and managing finance functions
* Develop annual budget and business plan
* To prepare monthly/annual report (i.e. Tax Reconciliation, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Expatriate Taxation matter, LKPMInvestment
report, Financial Consolidation, Royalty Payment, etc.) in order to ensure that all reports are welll prepared and
reported at the required time to tax authority, government institution, and other parties concerned.
* To deal with Tax Audit by Tax Authority in order to serve questions , to give arguments and calculation as well as to provide
document needed.
* To make proper documentation for tax document in order to have easy access to the records when necessary
Requirements :
* At least 3 years experience as staff or supervisor in the same field
* Good communication in English both oral and writen
* Very strong skill and knowledge in finance/accounting systems ( both manual and computerized)
* Very strong analytical and logical thinking
