Accounting job ・Full set of Accounting including petty cash and audit schedules ・Tax PPh21/26, Ooh23, FINAL PASAL 4 AYAT (2), PPh25, PPh PSL 25 Orang Pribadi ・Staff payroll and BPJS Kesehatan and TK(JKT, JHT & JKM) Administrative job and other duties required by The Management. ・ Monthly keep record the balance of annual leave, medical leave and counting daily overtime for all staffs and report to the Management. ・ Arrangement outgoing courier/letters from the office. (go to post office after leave the office as necessary) ・Keep filing any contract between company and customer, suppliers, venders. ・Application to Association/Government for the Company, Personal Assistant duties for Japanese staff & families. ・Prepare company card and others (X’mas card, Lebaran gift items) ・Arrange booking for hotels, air flight ticket for company guests / business trip staffs. ・Purchasing office equipment daily needs. ・Other duties which required by The Management.
