Job Description
- Record all company financial transactions accurately and completely - Create journals, ledgers, and other financial reports - Reconcile bank and other accounts - Handle AR & AP - Prepare year-end financial statements and interim financial statements - File documents - Follow the latest regulations regarding finance, accounting, and tax - Coordinate with internal and external auditors - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tax regulations - Identify tax payments, calculate, and prepare tax payments - Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field - Proficiency in business English - Min. of 5 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Analyst/Specialist, preferably in a Property/Real Estate company - Proven experience in preparing financial statements, accounting reports, tax calculations, and tax reporting - Brevet A, B, and C certifications - Proficiency in accounting and tax software, Microsoft Office, and bookkeeping - Strong analytical skills, good time management, attention to detail, and ability to identify errors - Japanese skills is preferred
