Job Description
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and accounting standards(IFRS, GAAP,etc). - Lead and oversee Accounting Department, ensuring efficient financial operations and reporting. - Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company long-term business goals. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reports for management review. - Manage cost accounting and financial planning for manufacturing and marketing operations. - Monitor cash flow, financial risk, and capital management to ensure optimal financial health. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business decision making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to optimize financial performance. - Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field ・Min 2 years of experience as Manager in Japanese Manufacturing ・Good command in English ・Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems), advanced Excel skills ・Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
