Job Description
- Manage and monitor product costing processes, including raw materials, labor costs, and manufacturing overhead - Ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and production cost calculations - Perform cost variance analysis between standard cost and actual cost - Monitor and analyze manufacturing cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities - Work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate cost allocation - Conduct periodic cost review and cost control analysis - Reconcile inventory movements between production records and accounting records and support stock opname activities and investigate discrepancies - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within deadline - Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations related to manufacturing accounting. -Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely work output. - Improve accounting procedures and internal controls related to cost accounting and inventory - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ・Conversational level of English ・Have 3 years of experience as Supervisor or Leader position in cost accounting, inventory accounting, cost analysis and financial reporting in Japanese manufacture ・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting and understanding of PSAK and financial reporting standard ・Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and strong attention of detail and accuracy
