Job Description
- Oversee and manage full-cycle accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and journal entries - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness - Handle tax-related matters, including tax calculation, reporting (PPN, PPh), and coordination with tax consultants - Lead audit preparation and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes - Supervise and guide accounting staff, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and team development - Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and internal company policies - Monitor cash flow and support basic financial planning and budgeting activities - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations - Coordinate closely with other departments regarding financial matters and reporting requirements - Report directly to Japanese management and support communication between local team and HQ when needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ・Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting, including full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, financial reporting) in a Japanese automotive manufacturing industry ・Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and supervising a team ・Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and audit preparation ・Able to communicate in English and/or Japanese ・Living in Cikarang or willing move to Cikarang <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Familiar with accounting software (experience with Sightline is a plus)
