<Number of employees : Total : 28+ Local : 25 Japanese : 3 > <Report Line : Operational GM Local > <Team Member: 4 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 3 persons > <Products: Tools & equipment for Automotive industry > <Clients: Automotive industry > <Saturday Working: closing day if needed > <Job Responsibilities> • Responsible for finance (system & rules), financial statements, taxes, accounting issue and general ledger • Responsible for all daily and monthly corporate financial transaction (Account receivable, Account payable, cash flow, payment – Internet banking, salary payment, etc). • Responsible for all monthly and annual corporate Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Analysis Sales Report, etc). • Monthly Salary Calculation (including Wht.art.21, and BPJS). • Responsible all monthly and annual corporate tax report (SPT Masa PPh 21,23,26,4(2), SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) including annual personal tax report for BOD (SPT Tahunan PPh orang pribadi). • Managing import activity (coordinate with forwarding company). • Responsible for all corporate license (Domicile,BKPM,Labour,etc – coordinate with legal consultant)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Female/ Male around 35 - 43 years old ・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting ・Have a minimum of 7 year experiences in Accounting field and 3 year experiences as an accounting assistant manager in general trading which related with import and export activities ・Having excellent experiences in handling tax matters including tax audit and tax reports ・Having good knowledge in handling corporate licenses ・Business level English for both oral and written ・Willing to work in Tambun, Bekasi
