<Job Responsibilities>
・Check and reconcile monthly Account Payable
・Ensure timely vendor payments and monitor invoice due dates.
・Prepare payment plans
・Prepare monthly closing reports.
・Calculate and report WHT 23, Final, and 26
・Reconcile VAT IN monthly and yearly.
・Handle Interim Audit, Tax Audit, and SP2DK requests.
・Conduct physical checks twice a year across two locations.
・Prepare Berita Acara and handle approvals with the Customs Office.
・Manage renewals for insurance, office rent, health insurance, and photocopy machines.
・Schedule regular maintenance and allocate vehicles for operational activities.
・Manage stationery and laptops
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
・Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting & tax, preferably in a trading, logistics, or manufacturing company.
・Familiar with accounting systems
・Strong understanding of Account Payable, WHT (Article 23, 26, Final), and VAT reconciliation.
・Knowledge in fixed assets management and insurance/contract renewals.
・Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulation and Customs Office procedures.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, formulas, reconciliation).
・Good command of English (reading & writing reports, communication with HQ or foreign management).
