<Job Responsibilities> - Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships. - Understand the company’s products, services, industry, and competitors. - Achieve sales growth and targets by leading the sales team, following up on leads, and securing new clients. - Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence. - Coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives. - Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports with accurate forecasts to management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・8+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management. ・Experience managing large banking/FSI (e.g IT software/IT Solution) account portfolios. ・Have proven and successful experience in high-value client acquisition ・Education Backgroud: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, is preferred. ・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ・Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, Mandarin is a must ・Proficiency in Office suite software (Ms. Office, Google Workspace) and CRM software. ・Communicative, energetic, fast learner and have a result-driven attitude. ・Detail-oriented and able to prioritize. ・Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
