Role -
General Administration of office
Day to Day Accounts activities
Coordination with bank
Taking care of Vendor & clients payment
Coordination for transportation since company is in trading business.
Should be able to work on Tally
Taking care of invoices related to clients & vendors.
Assist Sr. Manager in accounts & finance work.
Requirement -
Flexibility in terms of multiple responsibilities.
Character should be positive
9am-5 pm timings are there but need to stay back if work is there
GST knowledge, quotations, tally software
Smart, should have long term stability mindset
Preferable to have a Commerce graduate
Good communication skills and presentable
