Job Description
• Deep knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
• Ability to provide analytical interpretations and insight of business performance.
• Must have experience of working on Business planning, Future cash flow forecasting.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of different type of material machining methods.
• Good knowledge of Standard costing & marginal profit calculation.•
• Control, Lead and Monitor all accounts and book keeping related activities across the organization.
• Establish a clear and well-defined system of monthly, quarterly and yearly closure of books of accounts for all divisions.
• Ensure finalization of books of accounts and ensuring audited financial statements are released as per the deadlines set by management for Group audits and financial year end audits.
• Control, Monitor and Lead the supervision of Accounts Receivables and Payables and ensure strict control over the same.
• Establish a robust system of tax compliances and ensuring that all tax compliances are done on time and in full, is accurate.
• Suggest and lead automation projects in finance to bring in better controls, accuracy and productivity of the team.
• Work closely with the internal control team to establish Standard Operating Procedures, review them periodically, tighten controls and ensure risks are properly and fully mitigated across the organization.
• Have a vision of the roadmap for the accounting and taxation team meaning lead the team to the global best practices.
• Instruct subordinates for proper marginal profit (or CGS) calculation.
• Provide Fluctuation Analysis between Business Plan FS and Actual.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors, bankers.
• Hire and train new employees on financial operations.
